ecHardman Art – Returns & Order Policy

Made-to-Order Prints

All prints sold through ecHardman Art are made to order. This means each piece is individually produced for you once your purchase has been confirmed. Every print is handled with care and attention to ensure it meets the high standards of my artwork.

Returns & Exchanges

As all prints are custom made, they fall under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 exemption for personalised and made-to-order goods. For this reason, I’m unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Original Artwork

Original paintings and drawings are also non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged in transit.

Checking Your Order

Please take a moment to double-check all order details — such as size and delivery information — before completing your purchase. Once printing has begun, changes can’t be made.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged (which is thankfully rare!), please reach out using the contact form on my website within 48 hours of delivery so I can resolve the issue promptly.
